WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi, South Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 11 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.
