WHEREAS, Tuesday 19 December 2017, marks the celebration of the Centennial Year of Muntinlupa as an independent local government unit; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Muntinlupa, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 19 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Muntinlupa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
