WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest on Wednesday, 22 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
