Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Lubang, Mindoro Occidental, particularly described in A. M. S. 8712, First Edition (AMS 1) 1914, Sheet, 3152 III, Pinagdagatan Point, Mindoro Occidental, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 (Lat. 13° 48′ 00″, Long. 180° 08′ 10″), equivalent to corner 16 of Project No. 14 of Forest Map, File No. 89, province of Mindoro, on, map sheet 3152 III, northeasterly direction from Barrio Ambolong; thence N. 89° 00′ OO” JE., 700 meters to point 2, equivalent to corner 15 of Project No. 14; thence S. 82° 00′ 00″ E., 1,293 meters to point 3, equivalent to corner 14 of Project No. 14; thence, due south 1,650 meters to point 4; thence due west, 850 meters to point 5; thence N. 59° 30′ 00″ W., 1,550 meters to point 6, equivalent to corner 17 of Project No. 14; thence N. 11° 00′ 00″ E., 1,050 meters to point 1, equivalent to corner 16, the point of beginning. Containing an area of 270 hectares, more or less.
