Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I hereby amend Proclamation No. 208, series of 1955, which released a portion of the Experimental Station site of the Bureau of Plant Industry located in Baguio City by declaring the said portion of land open to disposition under the homestead provisions of the Public Land Act.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
