Upon, the recommendation, of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83, and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines; do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 27, dated June 27, 1947, a portion of the land embraced therein which is declared open to disposition under the provisions of said Act and reserve in lieu thereof for naval purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration of the Philippine Navy, another parcel of land situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, which parcels of land are more particularly described hereunder, to wit:


“A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the amendment plan Fla-V-130-D Amd), situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Dewey Boulevard; on the SE. and SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Philippine Navy Compound; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 1 of Plan Fla-V-130-D Amd. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 57° 46′ W., 533.52 meters from C.B.M. 2, City of Manila, thence S. 23° 16′  E., 6.65 meters to point 2; thence S. 58° 05′ W., 30.83 meters to point 3; thence N. 29° 14′ W., 9.69 meters to point 4; thence N. 63° 41′ E., 31.53 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of 254 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Point 1 by “X” on Concrete Wall; point 2 by Old G.I.S, on Adobe Stone; point 3 by Old Nail on Adobe Stone; and point 4 by “X” on Concrete Foundation; bearings true; date of the original survey, January 29, 1949, and that of the amendment survey, June 26 and 27, 1957.”

NOTE: Lot 2-portion of Fla-V-130-D to be excluded for being part of Philippine Navy Compound.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Philippine Navy Compound; on the SE. and SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Philippine Navy Patrol Reservation.; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Manila Bay; and on the.NE., along lines 5-6-7-1 by Lot 1 of Plan Fla-V-130-D Amd. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan., being N. 60° 34′ W., 550.62 meters from C. B. M. 2, City of Manila, thence S. 63° 41′ W., 33.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 63° 41′ W., 132.99 meters to point 3; thence N. 54° 37′ W., 280.17 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 55′ E., 120.87 meters to point 5; thence S. 59°’ 47′ E., 264.42 meters to point 6; thence N. 61° 07′ E., 31.32 meters to point 7; thence S. 29° 14′ E., 35.50 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of 36,011 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 2 by “X” on Concrete Foundation; point 3 by imaginary point on deep water; point 4 by center of iron disk set in Concrete Foundation; point 5 by Old “X” on Rock in Breakwater; and points 6 and 7 by Old G.I.S. in retaining wall; bearings true; date of the original survey, January 29, 1949 and that of the amendment survey, June 26 and 27, 1357.”
