WHEREAS, Tuesday, 23 January 2018, marks the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at Barasosin Church, Malolos, Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 January 2018 as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Buiacan,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
