WHEREAS, on Monday, 22 January 2018, the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur marks the celebration of the 18 th Pasalamat Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
