WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental.
