WHEREAS, on 29 June 2018. a Friday, the City of Koronadal will mark the celebration of the Tree Growing Festival; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 29 June 2018 a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.
