WHEREAS, the period from February 16 to March 30, 1962, was set aside for the Century 21 fund drive under Proclamation No. 10, dated February 16, 1962; and
WHEREAS, the Century 21 needs additional time for the successful prosecution of its campaign;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the Century 21 Fund Drive up to August 31, 1962.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
