WHEREAS, on 28 November 2018, Wednesday, the Municipality of Pinan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte,will celebrate its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pinan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
