WHEREAS, on 04 January 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 114 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naujan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
