Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 112, dated November 19, 1936, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Zamboanga, and reserve the same for Regional Rehabilitation and Training Center site purposes under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Sgs-2052, L.R.C Record No.?????), situated in the Barrio of Calarian, City of Zamboanga. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by property of Mindanao Central Sanitarium (Sgs-2051) ; on the SW., along line 2-3, by Public Land; on the NW., along lines 3-4-5, by property covered by H-39292; and on the NE., along line 5-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 79° 29′ W., 1,430.91 meters from L. Mon. 2, Zamboanga Cad, thence S. 31° 05′ W., 212.83 meters to point 2; thence N. 47° 16′ W., 164.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 30° 55′ E., 150.00 meters to point 4; thence N. 27° 34′ E., 9.93 meters to point 5; thence S. 65° 54′ E., 162.85 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 29,983 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; points 1 and 2, by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; points 3 and 4, by old P.L.S./B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons; and point 5, by Square Cone, Pence Post; bearings true; date of survey, July 11—12, 1961, and approved on Jan 18, 1963.
