Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for recreational and health resort site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of General Santos, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the said municipality and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SW., S., and SW., along lines 1-2-3-4, by Sarangani Bay; on the W., along line 4-5, by Lot 1 of plan Psu-133253; on the N., along- lines 5-6-7-8, by Albert Morrow Boulevard; on the NE., and E., along lines 8-9-10-1, by Gallego Boulevard. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 20° 35′ E., 6,682.40 meters from Triangulation Station Sarangani West Base, thence N. 79° 12′ W., 112.13 meters to point 2; thence N. 89 27′ W., 189.63 meters to point 3; thence N. 80° 57′ W., 291.54 meters to point 4; thence N. 7° 02′ W., 52.15 meters to point 5; thence N., 89° 47′ E., 283.29 meters to point 6; thence N. 89° 47′ E., 294.75 meters to point 7; thence S. 60° 09′ E., 5.00 meters to point 8; thence S. 41° 18′ E., 5.36 meters to point 9; thence S. 21° 31′ E. 570 meters to point 10; thence S. 3° 23′ E., 111.02 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 52,678 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Points 1, 7 and 10, by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; points 2, by Cross on Cement; points 4 and 5, by old PLS Cyl. Conc. Mons.; and the rest, by Stakers; bearings true; date of survey, April 27, 1960 and approved on June 21, 1962.
