RESERVING FOR RADIO TRANSMITTING STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS CERTAIN PORTION OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CAMP BUMPUS, CITY OF TACLOBAN, ISLAND OF LEYTE



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for radio transmitting station site purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Telecommunications, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain portion of the public domain situated in Camp Bumpus, City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 2-D-1 Bsd-11685

A parcel of land (Lot 2-D-l of the subdivision plan Bsd-11685, being a portion of Lot 2-D described on plan Bsd-10927, L. R. C. Record No. ?????), situated in the City of Tacloban. Bounded on all sides by Lot 3-D-3 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 28° 09′ E., 401.10 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Tacloban, Leyte, thence N. 6° 34′ W., 74.41 meters to point 2; thence N. 76° 09′ E., 152.06 meters to point 3; thence S. 4° 21′ E., 115.96 meters to point 4; thence N. 87° 01′ W., 94.23 meters to point 5; thence N. 89° 35′ W., 53.80 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 14,026 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 2 by B. P. W. CyL Conc. Mon.; and the rest by B. L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. bearings true; date of the original survey, Jan. 17, 1912 and that of the subdivision survey, June 23, 19E5 which was approved on May 15, 1956.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
