WHEREAS, on 21 March 2019, Thursday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 21 st Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 21 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
