WHEREAS, on 29 March 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 119 th founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Binangonan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 29 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal,
