WHEREAS, on 24 June 2019, Monday, the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay, will mark the celebration of the Tabak Festival, a showcase of the city's rich history, cultural diversity, and beautiful tourist attractions; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 24 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay,
