WHEREAS, on 26 November 2019, Tuesday, the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dasmariñas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
