Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 448, series of 1932, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this 3^rd day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
