WHEREAS, on 19 March 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of the "Sulyog Festival"; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 19 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
