WHEREAS, on 21 July 2020, Tuesday, the City of Mabalacat,Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary;and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
