DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO



WHEREAS, Sunday, December 18, 2005, marks the 6th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tuguegarao celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tuguegarao requested that Monday, December 19, 2005 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of December 18, 2005, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 19, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao
