EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 798 DATED APRIL 29, 1935, A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SILAY AND TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL AND RESERVING THE SAME AS THE TUBERCULOSIS REST SETTLEMENT RESERVATION



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code and Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 798 dated April 29, 1935, a parcel of the land embraced therein situated in the municipalities of Silay and Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, and reserve the same as the Tuberculosis Rest Settlement Reservation under the administration of the Secretary of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, and final survey, and that the utilization and removal or disposal of the timber and other forest products therein shall be made in accordance with the Forest or Internal Revenue Laws or Regulations, which parcel of land is shown in the Bureau of Forestry Map CR-32, and technically described, to wit:

Beginning from Corner 1, a Miscellaneous sp. tree 30 cm. in diameter which is S 45º E., and about 1,800 meters from Barrio San Juan, Silay, Negros Occidental; thence S. 75° E., 370 meters to Corner 2, a White Lauan tree 30 cm. in diameter; thence S 45° E., 450 meters to Corner 3, A bignay tree 20 cm. in diameter; thence S 31° E., 290 meters to Corner 4, a Guisok tree 30 cm. in diameter; thence Due East, 220 meters to Corner 5, a White Lauan tree 30 cm. in diameter; thence N 39° E., 180 meters to Corner 6, a Lanete 20 cm. in diameter; thence N 43° E., 370 meters to Corner 7, a Tangili tree 30 cm. in diameter; thence N 21° E., 270 meters to Corner 8, an Almon tree 25 cm. in diameter; thence following a creek downstream in a northeasterly direction about 130 meters to Corner 9, a White Lauan tree 30 cm. in diameter, on the south bank of dry creek; thence following creek downstream in a southeasterly direction about 80 meters to Corner 10, a point at the junction of the creek and Coyong Creek; thence following Coyong Creek upstream in a southeasterly direction about 560 meters to Corner 11, a White Lauan tree 20 cm. in diameter, on the west bank of Coyong Creek; thence following Coyong Creek upstream in a southerly direction about 300 meters to Corner 12, a Waterfall tree 25 cm. in diameter at the junction of the creek; thence following the Coyong Creek upstream in a southerly and southwesterly direction about 520 meters to Corner 13, a Loctob tree 50 cm. in diameter; thence following Coyong Creek upstream in a southerly direction about 480 meters to Corner 14, a Waterfall tree 20 cm. in diameter at the junction with a creek; thence following Coyong Creek upstream in a southerly direction about 420 meters to Corner 15, a Loctob tree 15 cm. in diameter on west bank of Dumalabdab Creek; thence S 71° W., 100 meters to Corner 16, a Canarium sp. 40 cm. in diameter; thence S 75° W., 150 meters to Corner 17, a Canarium 50 cm. in diameter, at the junction of two trails; thence S 67° W., 140 meters to Corner 18, a Red Lauan tree 15 cm. in diameter, at the junction of Malisbog River and a creek; thence following Malisbog River downstream in a northwesterly direction about 1,120.0 meters to Corner 19, a Eugenio sp. 15 cm. in diameter, at the junction of Malisbog River and Pulang-tubig Creek; thence following Malisbog River downstream in a northwesterly direction about 780 meters to Corner 20, a Hui tree 20 cm. in diameter, on east bank of Malisbog, River; thence following Malisbog River downstream in a Northwesterly direction about 820 meters to Corner 21, a Hui tree 15 cm. in diameter, at the junction of Kaimo Creek and Malisbog River; thence N 21° E., 250 meters to Corner 1, point of beginning, Containing an area of 201 hectares.
