WHEREAS, on 28 November 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Piñan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, l , SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 28 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Piñan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
