DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA
WHEREAS, on Friday, 04 August 2017, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya marks the celebration of the 1st Bayongyong Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
