NEW RATES OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION, SUPPLEMENTAL TO D.O. 125, SERIES OF 1992
By virtue of Memorandum Circular No. 121, Series of 1990, Directing All Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations, to revise their Fees and Charges at just and reasonable rates sufficient to cover Administrative Costs, it is hereby directed that the attached DPWH Rates of Fees and Charges for Subsurface Exploration, supplemental to Department Order 125, series of 1992, be effected immediately.
