HANDOVER CERTIFICATE OF EMERGENCY HUMANITARIAN CASH ASSISTANCE BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

To support the Philippine Government in its disaster relief, rehabilitation and recovery programs and projects for the areas and people affected by Typhoon Mangkhut, the Chinese Government provides One Million US Dollars ($1,000,000) grant assistance to the Philippine Government. Upon confirmation by the Philippine side , this grant assistance has been remitted to the Philippine designated account.

The aforementioned assistance is turned over for the use of the Philippine Government, effective upon the signing of this Certificate.

Done in duplicate on November 20, 2018 in Manila in both English and Chinese texts, each side keeping one original, with both texts being equally authentic.
